What is Holistic Healing

Holistic Healing, also known as holistic medicine or alternative medicine, is an approach to healthcare that considers the whole person - mind, body, spirit, and emotions - rather than just focusing on specific symptoms or parts of the body.  It seeks to address the underlying causes of illness and promote overall well-being by taking into account various aspects of a person's life, including their lifestyle, environment, and emotional well-being. 

Ananda's approach to healing emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of a person's health and believes that imbalances or disruptions in one area can impact the whole person.  She will help you begin the journey to restoring balance and harmony by utilizing a wide range of natural therapies and techniques, integrating Breathwork, Reiki, Sound and Yoga.

Also known as Conscious Connected Breathing or Circular Breathing, is a technique that centers around harnessing the power of the breath to promote deep emotional healing and cultivating self-awareness for a transformational experience. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive space for people to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings, and to find peace and clarity.

Reiki Treatment

Reiki

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.  Ananda is a Certified Reiki Master Practioner and Teacher.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a practice that utilizes the power of sound vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.  It is based on the understanding that sound has the ability to influence our physical, emotional and mental states.  Using a variety of techniques and instruments used in sound therapy including gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks . When combined with modalities it can be a powerful practice.

Yoga

Kundalini yoga focuses on awakening and activating the dormant energy within the body.  Through movement, meditation, breath and mantras Ananda will guide you into a new world of body-mind awareness.  Kundalini yoga helps individuals realize their true nature, tap into their inner potential and experience higher states of consciousness and awakening.
