A sound healing journey for the 11/11 portal You've probably made a wish at 11:11 on the clock. This is the one day a year when the whole date carries that number. Many people see 11/11 as a high-frequency portal, a day when energy feels amplified and intentions carry extra weight. This evening gives you space to slow down and meet that energy, so whatever you're calling in is coming from a calm, clear and open place. What to expect: We begin by gently preparing your body and energy to let go. Once you've settled in, you'll set a simple intention for what you'd like to call in. Then the sound takes over. Layers of crystal bowls, gongs and healing instruments move through you and carry you into deep relaxation. This is where the body softens, the mind quiets and what you've been holding begins to release. You don't have to do anything. Just lie back and let the sound carry you on your own journey. You don't have to have anything figured out. Come as you are, and leave lighter, clearer and tuned in to what you actually want. What to bring: a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow. Wear something comfortable. Space is limited to keep the evening intimate.
