To participate in the TCB session, it is recommended to dress comfortably.

What To Bring To A Breathwork Experience?

Bring whatever makes you comfortable - you can bring your favorite blanket, eye mask, palm stones, journal, and water.

Is it Safe to Practice TCB?

Yes, this breathwork technique is very safe! However, there are contraindications for practicing Breathwork.
