Holistic Healing
Holistic Healing goes beyond conventional medicine by considering the complete well-being of an individual—mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Ananda believes in the interconnectedness of all aspects of health and employs natural therapies like Breathwork, Reiki, Sound, and Yoga to restore balance and harmony.

Breathwork

Reiki

Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice harnessing the influence of sound vibrations to induce relaxation, alleviate stress, and enhance overall well-being. Ananda harmonizes and weaves various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks.
