Service Description
An in-person journey of breath and sound. First we release, then we rest. Come exactly as you are. Step away from the noise, drop out of your head, and come home to the wisdom of your body. THE BREATHWORK | Explore. Feel. Release. We begin with Transformational Connective Breathwork (TCB), a continuous, three-part breath guided by my voice and an intentionally curated playlist. It brings up what you've been holding beneath the surface, so you can stop thinking about what you feel and finally feel it. This isn't about relaxing. It's about releasing. Feel it to heal it. THE SOUNDSCAPE | Soften. Surrender. Receive. Then we transition into an intuitively created Immersive Soundscape. Crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and vibrational instruments surround you in waves of sound, inviting the body to soften and the mind to quiet into deep rest. Nothing to accomplish. Nowhere to go. Simply close your eyes and receive. THE EXPERIENCE | Reconnect. Realign. Evolve. The breath opens the door. The sound carries you through it. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to yourself. Feel your feels. Feel good. Move forward. A few important things before you sign up. This breath practice is deeply activating, so for your safety it is not recommended if you have: - Cardiovascular disease, angina, or a previous heart attack or stroke - High blood pressure - Detached retina or glaucoma - Are currently pregnant If you have asthma, you're warmly welcome — please just bring your inhaler. And if you've ever been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or another psychiatric condition, please check in with your healthcare provider before joining a TCB session. Signing up: - Please register at least 24 hours before class. - If we need to cancel, you'll be notified at least 6 hours in advance. - A class may be canceled if we don't have enough participants to hold the circle. If you're feeling the pull… you already know. I'd love to hold space for you.
