A Dream Come True: The Night We Became One

There are moments you spend years quietly dreaming about. And then, one day, you're standing inside one — tears in your eyes, heart so full it's almost too much to hold. This past weekend, I lived one of mine.

Let me take you back to where it started.

The vision that wouldn't leave me

A while ago, as I was falling deeper in love with sound healing and beginning to weave in more and more instruments, I came across a sound healer in California. She was playing in this breathtaking open field, perched above a cliff — and she wasn't alone. A whole circle of sound healers surrounded her, all dressed beautifully, all playing together at once.

Something in me lit up. I want to create something like this.

That vision tucked itself into the back of my mind and stayed there. I didn't have the space for it yet. And honestly? I didn't have the confidence for it yet either.

The growing

But dreams grow as we grow. As I stepped deeper into my own path — building Floating Sound Bliss, learning to orchestrate and layer different sounds, coordinating others, trusting my own intuition about how the flow of a sound journey wants to move — something started to shift. Little by little, I was becoming the healer that vision required.

And then came the part I'll be honest with you about: inviting nine other sound healers to play alongside me. Many of them have been doing this longer than I have. It was intimidating. There was a quiet voice wondering… am I good enough to play with them?

But I've learned to trust the process. And I've learned to trust the timing.

When the pieces aligned

I found a beautiful field, through a new friend who wanted to open her land and let people experience her stunning grounds at sunset. So we planned it — a Fall Equinox Full Moon gathering, out under the open sky, a whole field of sound healers holding the space. It was everything the vision had promised.

And then… Mother Nature had other plans.

The rain came. But in divine alignment — the way things always seem to work out when they're meant to — I found an indoor space that could hold all of us. I sent the healers a little outline of how we might layer our instruments and let the sound build. We gathered beforehand and talked through how we wanted to move together. And then I did the only thing left to do: I kept trusting.

The magic

The sound healers arrived, and they were locked in. Tuned in. We all connected — and from the very first note, the magic just… kept unfolding. Layer upon layer, rising and building, the sound and the energy elevating together until it felt like the room itself was breathing.

At one point, it all melted into sound, voice, and this low, steady beat — like one enormous heartbeat, all of us pulsing together as one. I felt tingles run through my whole body. I knew I was inside something sacred. Our guides, our higher selves, ascended masters, angels — they were all there with us, holding us in this protective, luminous energy.

None of us wanted it to end. Because we all knew: this exact moment will never happen again. Not like this. Not this energy, not these souls, not this night. It was one moment in time that all of us — participants and healers together — got to share and create and be inside of. I'm still in awe of it.

A moment I'll hold onto

Toward the end of the night, one of the participants came up to me. She's been following my journey and coming to my events for about a year now — and she wanted to tell me how in awe she was of how much I've grown, and all the things I've created in that time.

It was so heartwarming to hear. Not because I need the recognition, but because there's something tender about being seen — about someone taking a moment to notice the path you've been quietly walking. And I'll be honest, it made me pause and think… wow, she's right.

But here's what I've come to trust: I just keep doing what I love. I keep following what lights up my soul. And whenever I get one of these visions and the pieces start falling into place, I know it was never meant just for me — it's meant for others to enjoy, for us to come together. These gatherings, this work, all of it… it's for the collective.

I'm so grateful she took that moment to share her heart with me, and to walk this beautiful journey alongside me. That's the whole point, really. None of this is meant to be done alone.

This one's for my breathwork family

You know how, in breathwork, I guide you to reach forward and grab hold of a future moment — one you've been manifesting, one you've been dreaming about — and feel it as though it's already here?

This was that moment for me.

This was the one I'd been waiting for. And it turned out more magical than I could have ever imagined. I'm writing this with tears in my eyes and a heart so full of love, joy, peace, and gratitude that it's overwhelming. Truly overwhelming.

And now? Now I know: I need more of this. We all need more of this. It's too special not to.

Why gathering like this matters

Here's what I keep coming back to. We were never meant to heal alone. There's a medicine in collective energy — in dropping into deep stillness together, letting the sound move through a whole room at once — that we simply can't reach on our own. Something ancient in us remembers how.

And beneath the magic, sound healing is doing real, tangible work in the body. When you lie down and let the sound wash over you:

  • The body relaxes — the nervous system shifts out of fight-or-flight and into rest, where healing actually happens.

  • The mind quiets — the endless mental chatter softens, and you drop out of your head and into your body.

  • Stagnant energy moves — the vibrations help loosen and release what you've been holding, emotionally and energetically.

  • The body restores — in that deep, safe, relaxed state, the body can do its own profound work, right down to a cellular level.

  • Rest comes easier — so many people report their deepest sleep in ages after a sound journey.

This isn't about a quick fix or a nice relaxing hour. It's about giving your body the safety and stillness it needs to release, restore, and remember its own wholeness.

What's next

I can't wait to keep collaborating with more beautiful sound healers, and to keep inviting you to join us on these journeys. This is only the beginning.

If your soul just leaned in reading this… that's not an accident. Come gather with us next time.

In your divine time — not a moment too soon, not a moment too late.
